Just a quick note to say Merry Christmas to everyone out there. I fully realize that I don't update this Blog nearly enough, but I'm working on changing that for the New Year.
It's been an interesting (read that as absolutely awesome and absolutely shitty all at the same time) December, but I just want to thank all my friends for sticking with me, as well as all of the fans of the radio show and my comedy efforts. I'm currently in the midst of a couple of new projects, and will alert you of their launches. If you already know about this site, they won't be hard to find. Trust me.
In closing, I just wanted to share this little video I found on YouTube....This is what Christmas really means to me:

Happy Thanksgiving to my American Friends
A buddy of mine (Davepye.com) just sent me to this video in celebration of his turkey day, and I just had to share the link with all of you. I don't have any preaching or editorializing to do today. I just want to share three minutes and change of some stupid thanksgiving comedy with y'all. Enjoy, suckas!!

Some interesting economic history...
Now I hardly consider myself any kind of conspiracy theorist, because I have too many things going on in life to manufacture any new kind of fear. But what I do love to do is investigate things, question everything, and then be free to make up my mind. Freedom of thought, speech and opinion is extremely important to me. So in these days of economic "uncertainty," it's always a good idea to look at the top of the food chain in order to why we are where we are. So i was introduced to this video by a friend of mine, and I encourage everyone else out there to do the same. This, as all editorial, should NEVER be taken as gospel, but arming yourself with knowledge is a very important thing. Check it out, think about the state of finances and who's got the money, and make up your own mind. The video's in 5 parts, and they're presented in their proper order in the window below....

A first look at the world around us.
On a wednesday morning, fresh from the radio station, I just want to throw out a little video for everyone. This is a full length documentary called the Obama Deception, put out by Infowars.com. NOW, let me just say....it is something to check out. Take the time and watch it. There's a lot to be skeptical about, and it's not to be blindly followed, but it does bring up a lot of good points. As we get further into this financial situation on the world, it's definitely time to question the world around us a little more.

There's nothing like a little revenge....
On a nice Sunday afternoon, I just want to take a moment to share one of my favorite videos of all time. It's from about a year ago, but the magic of it is purely timeless. As an aspiring stand up comic, I know how it feels to run into a but of a rough crowd. But I have no idea how Comedian Bill Burr must have felt in Camden NJ (just outside of philadelphia PA for the "Opie and Anthony Travelling Virus Tour." Apparently, the entire crowd decided to become a bunch of assholes, mercilessly booing every comic that came up onstage in order to beat them into submission. Well, Burr wasn't having it, so he used his full allotted time on stage to destroy every member of the audience. This is any comic's dream. WARNING: The sound quality is not the greatest, so you'll have to listen carefully to hear the complete genius of it all. Check out the video right here:
Ah, the filthy, cathartic, sweet sound of revenge.....

Why the hell are we fighting then?
For anyone who knows me, freedom of speech is a huge sticking point with me. In a nutshell, here's my philosophy: "We're lucky enough to live in a land of freedom. Freedom of speech is guarded by our respective legislative bodies, and it's something that cannot be ignored or compromised." I don't like what some people say, but those people are guaranteed the right to say it, and I respect that.
And who is the first line of defense for our freedom? The military. At least that's what they've been telling us forever. Our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been launched under the guise of freedom. SO WHO IS THE CANADIAN MILITARY TO TRY AND LIMIT THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH BY SOME UNFUNNY PUNDITS AND COMEDIANS ON THE FOX NEWS CHANNEL?
Here's a little backstory. In case you haven't heard, Greg Gutfeld and Doug Benson have gotten themselves in hot water for some innocuous comments made about the Canadian military, basically saying that they didn't know that Canada even had an army. It has gotten to the point where Benson has lost bookings in Edmonton Alberta, and Gutfeld has been disciplined and forced to apologize. Canadian Defense Minister Peter Mackay is pretty much looking for these guys' heads and wants them fired.
Now, let me interject a little bit with my personal perspective:

Canadian Defense Minister Peter Mackay is pretty much looking for these guys' heads and wants them fired.
Now, let me interject a little bit with my personal perspective:
- I am not a fan of Doug Benson, I find him unfunny. However, i do respect a) the fact that many people do find him funny and, thus, has made a good career for himself, and b) he should be allowed to say whatever he wants, whether i find him funny or not. I'm not the judge of Doug Benson, he can do whatever he wants, and I'm free to have my opinion of it.
- Other than Glenn Beck, I don't have much use for Fox News. However, as a broadcasting source in a country that claims it is blessed with freedom of speech, they should be able to give whatever opinion they want an an OPINION-BASED SHOW!
- Whether dip wad Peter MacKay likes it or not, Canada's military reputation around the world is one of an innocuous nature. As Canadians, we know that we have a phenomenal military, but as Canadians, we also don't look for the spotlight. And in this bling-bling world, a lack of attention = a lack of reputation. So the Canadian Military has none.
- The jokes that Benson and Gutfeld delivered were just that: jokes. There was nothing truly defamatory, they just recycled old jokes about the peaceful reputation of the Canadian Army.
Basically, the jokes weren't that funny, but they certainly weren't offensive. And from a purely philosophical standpoint, those who are put in a position to fight for freedom are students of hypocrisy the moment that they try and limit somebody Else's. Anyone has the right to argue with what someone says, but in a land of freedom you cannot call for financial loss or loss of professional position for simply exercising his rights as a citizen.
In other words: "To the Canadian Military: I love ya, I know how great you are and what you have done for our protection and our freedom.....don't back step now by limiting the freedom of those on our own soil."

It starts with standards!
Welcome to the petecorneil.com blog. Let’s get right into it. I am a man who believes in honesty, and honesty about yourself is the first step to building credibility. So here goes; This is me, a five foot, overweight, physically repugnant individual. Having said that, my standards are irreversibly high. I would rather not go home with a girl if I’m not seriously overshooting the mark. To that end, I saw someone today. A grotesque individual; physically, emotionally and verbally. This woman did not have one redeeming quality about her. The irony of that is this: This pig had 8 children running around her wherever she went, and I can only assume they were her children. And the children all had a similar look about them, which draws me to one conclusion: Some idiot fucked this girl at least 8 times, and judging by the look of these kids who were just as unattractive as she: it was the same father each time around. These kids circling around her made me draw a parallel of our solar system (and trust me, this failure of anything aesthetically pleasing could be compared to the sun, not only by atomic weight but also by the metric system.) so my question is this? Who could have hated himself to bone this thing repeatedly? And the short answer is this: I don’t know, and I don’t want to know. But it makes me happy, because if losers than this will settle for screwing these kind of pigs, it gives me the opportunity to shoot higher and not feel bad for the cave things. After all, someone else will fuck them. So I can comfortably settle for the hot ones. And I do, and will continue to!!!!!
